      2. How long do I need to wait before I receive a copy of my insurance?

Answer: After payment and submission of complete documents, please wait around 3-5 working days for your e-policy to be sent to the registered email address. If you fail to receive your policy within the day, please call our customer service hotline at 628-8628 or email us at ecommerce@malayan.com.

      3.  Do I need to register in your website?

Answer: No need. Just enter your vehicle information to get an instant quotation and the next steps to purchase your car insurance will be emailed to you.

     4. Can I pay in installment basis?

Answer: Premiums must be paid in full before we give you your policy.

 

     5. I have an existing policy with another insurance company; can I renew my car insurance with you?

Answer: Absolutely! Just visit http://www.malayanonline.com/automaster/quotestp1, get a quotation and submit a scanned copy of your OR/CR and vehicle’s pictures to get your policy.

     6. I have an old car, can I insure it?

Answer: We only insure vehicles up to eight (8) years old.

      1. I want to insure my house, what are the coverages of your home insurance?

Answer: You can purchase Malayan’s Total One Protect for only Php650.00.

Answer: Malayan’s Total One Protect includes the following coverages: Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Medical Reimbursement, Accidental Burial Expense, Murder & Unprovoked Assault and Personal Liability.

Travel Master FAQs


1. What is the difference between your Individual, Group and Family Package?            

      Answer: The Individual package is for individual travellers. Our Family package is specifically designed for families with exactly four (4) members.

      For families with 3 members, we suggest that you choose the Group option. This is also true for travellers with 5 and more members.

     8.  My flight got rescheduled, can I amend my policy?

Answer: Yes, we can amend your policy as long as it has not yet commenced. Please call our customer service hotline at 628-8628.

 

     9. My flight has already commenced, can I extend my insurance?

Answer: Unfortunately, you can no longer amend your policy if your insurance has already commenced.

 

     10.  I did not receive my policy, who do I contact?

Answer: Please contact our customer service at hotline at 628-8628 or email  us at ecommerce@malayan.com. Your policy will be sent to you by the person-in-charge via email.

 

11. I bought my travel insurance online but need to make corrections on my personal or travel information, what do I do?

Answer: Please contact our customer service at hotline at 628-8628 or email us at ecommerce@malayan.com. We will send you your amended policy afterwards.
